Community Nurse Manager, Kent

We are looking for a Community Nurse Manager with some experience with Tracheostomy Management, Ventilators, Brain injury and spinal injury, for community work all over Kent.

As a Nurse Manager you will have your own client caseload and will work with clients, their families and professional teams to develop, implement and manage care packages that support clients to maintain their health and to enhance their independence.

Salary: £45,000.00

This is a full-time permanent position working 37.5 hours a week

Driving is essential.
