CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST – Private Hospital

Our client, a private hospital based in Devon, are on the lookout for a full time Clinical Psychologist to join their team. You will be working in a purpose-built mental health facility across two wards and eight individual flats. You will be supporting service users to engage in their pathway plans, individual and group interventions, diagnostic and cognitive assessments, MDT working, risk assessments and design and deliver training.

Key Qualifications and Skills Required

• Developing competency in supervising Assistant Psychologists within the department
• Successful completion of a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology enabling registration with the HCPC as a Practitioner in Psychology
• Registration with the HCPC as a Practicing Psychologist and Charterable status with the British Psychological Society
• Experience and knowledge in using clinical therapy skills to address a range of clinical and/or forensic issues
